Plantation & Estate Allocation
A plantation slot is an allocation reference within the managed plantation experience. It is not by itself a deed or transfer of agricultural land title.
Produce Rights
Applicable agricultural produce is allocated to the respective buyer according to the plantation agreement. No fixed quantity, yield or financial return is guaranteed.
Maintenance & Replacement
Annual maintenance is product-specific. If a tree dies during an active maintenance period, replanting is provided at no additional planting charge, subject to the maintenance terms.
Cancellation & Refunds
Final cancellation, refund and reservation-expiry rules must be stated in the commercial terms presented at checkout. Failed or duplicate payment handling should be confirmed by the payment system and support team.
Referral Terms
Referral rewards are sale-based and one-level. No joining fee, recruitment commission, guaranteed income or recovery-of-purchase-price promise is represented.
Privacy
Customer data is used to process orders, provide plantation services, operate the account and support communications. Sensitive documents should be available only through authenticated customer access.
Tax Disclosure
Current displayed GST treatment is provisional. The final GST classification and invoice treatment must be confirmed by a qualified tax adviser before launch.
Risk Disclosure
Agricultural outcomes depend on weather, soil, pests, disease, water, farm management and other factors. The plantation experience is not a guaranteed-return investment product.
